Should I remove my personal items from my vehicle?

Please remove all personal items and/ or carseats prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left in your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind. Any items left behind will be placed in a bag and left in your vehicle after your detail is complete.

What size is my vehicle?

S: Compacts, standard vehicles, and sedans.
M: Mid-Size SUVs and small trucks
F: Full sized trucks, SUVs, Minivans, and SUTs
X: Suburban, Expeditions, Sequoia, F250+

Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?

Yes, you may drop your vehicle off at any time of the day. Just park your vehicle in the front of the house. Please be sure to reach out and let us know beforehand!

How far in advance should I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

Can I use multiple discounts and coupons at a time?

We only allow one coupon/discount at this point in time. Thank you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card), Cash, Cashapp, Paypal, and Square Payments.

Are your appointments weather permitting?

Yes, they are. However, if the weather is inclement, we will either delay or reschedule since we are currently operating without a garage. If this happens, we will do our very best to accommodate you. Your vehicle will also have to be warmed during the winter season.

Do you provide mobile detailing?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide mobile detailing for our customers, but we will be looking into it in the near future.

Are you able to take same day appointments?

At this moment in time, we will not be accepting same day appointments. However, you are more than welcome to give us a call at (870)-316-9798 to book with us. We appreciate your understanding as we work to better serve our customers.
